And given the number of times she’s been photographed in public, it won’t surprise you to learn that the wife of King Abdullah II has occasionally been spotted donning the same looks as her fellow fashion-savvy royals. Turns out “monarchy chic” is a category all its own.

1. Queen Rania and Kate Middleton’s ultra-feminine Alexander McQueen trouser suits

First on the list are Queen Rania and the new Princess of Wales – both of whom were spotted wearing similar pink Alexander McQueen trouser suits last year.

In September 2022, Queen Rania attended a United Nations assembly in New York and was spotted in the city in a pink Alexander McQueen suit. British tabloids were quick to point out the similarity between the Jordanian’s designer look and the baby pink suit Kate Middleton had rocked earlier in the year by the same designer.
