Buying Beverly Hills: inside the luxury lives of Mauricio Umansky, Kyle Richards and daughters Farrah and Alexia – the RHOBH star’s family steps into their own spotlight on Netflix’s new realty series

- Umansky may be best known as the husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kyle Richards, but he too is entering the reality TV arena in Buying Beverly Hills
- The show follows the entrepreneur, his daughter Alexia and stepdaughter Farrah Aldjufrie from Richards’ first marriage, as they navigate sales via The Agency
While previously best known as the husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards, Mauricio Umansky is stepping into his own spotlight thanks to Buying Beverly Hills, which began airing earlier this month.
The new reality show from Netflix follows the agents at The Agency, the successful luxury real estate brokerage that Umansky started some 11 years ago. The series showcases its stars’ luxurious lives, occasional office romances as well as their fast-paced, high-priced property deals … unsurprisingly, some inevitable drama transpires between them too. (And, yes, it’s already invited comparisons to that other real estate reality TV series you may have heard of, Selling Sunset, by various media outlets.)

Included in the agency’s workforce are two of Umansky’s own family members, whom fans of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills would immediately recognise as his and Richards’ daughter Alexia, 26, along with his stepdaughter Farrah Aldjufrie. Farrah, 34, is Kyle’s eldest daughter from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie, an Indonesian businessman of Dutch/Arabic heritage, according to Bravo TV.
So just how OTT are the lives of the show’s Umansky team? Let’s take a closer look.
