Among his equally competent offspring is Alexandre Arnault – his third child and his first with his second wife, concert pianist Hélène Mercier-Arnault. Alexandre has already made a mark as a young chief executive of the high-end luggage brand Rimowa. Since 2021, he’s taken up a new challenge at the iconic jewellery brand Tiffany & Co.
So, who exactly is the 30-year-old son of LVMH’s chairman, and does he have what it takes to inherit the keys to his father’s kingdom?
He’s shaking things up at Tiffany & Co.
After being named Rimowa’s CEO when he was only 25, Arnault rose to the challenge of transforming a 120-year-old luggage brand by pairing up with global designers and introducing limited-edition suitcases and accessories that attracted the celebrity and millennial jet-set crowd.
