His twin recently made headlines appearing onstage with their mum to sing a duet, but Max wants to be an actor – the pair once interviewed J-Lo on YouTube too

It seems that 2022 is the year of Jennifer Lopez. The star’s renewed engagement to Ben Affleck has delighted millions of hopeless romantics, and her latest Netflix special Halftime and film with Owen Wilson, Marry Me, have gone down well with fans and non-fans alike.

She also recently introduced her child Emme using “they/them” pronouns in a show of support on stage at the annual LA Dodgers Foundation’s Blue Diamond Gala.

Besides her indelible work ethic and knack for building a business empire, Lopez is clearly a devoted mother to Emme and their twin brother, Maximilian David Muñiz, whom she had with then-husband Marc Anthony in 2008.

Here, we take a look at her teenage son, better known as Max, who already appears to be just as talented as his famous parents.

He is his father’s doppelgänger

In February, Lopez’s twins turned 14. While Max tends to keep a low profile compared to the rest of his family, it’s undeniable that the young teen is growing into a handsome young man – and looks more like his father every day.

In 2015, Lopez described her twins to the Latin Times: “Their personalities are beautiful; they’re like yin and yang. They stay true to who they were from when they were born.” She continued, “Emme is like a mini-me; Max is really like a mini-Marc. They’re complete opposites.”
