The year 2021 was certainly a dynamic one for Kim Seon-ho. The 35-year actor starred in Netflix hits Start-Up and Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, weathered a scandal and even survived “cancel-culture”. Many fans are looking forward to his return to the big screen.

Well, there’s both good and bad news – Kim is currently filming for his debut movie Sad Tropics, which is set to release this year. But Pink Villa reports that the actor will be declining all new projects in 2022, including overseas fan meetings. Kim is not only reportedly rejecting new film and TV projects, he is also “politely rejecting” new endorsement projects, though he is renewing contracts with brands he’s currently working with, according to Manila Bulletin.

2. Yoo Ah-in will star in three Netflix films

Though the 35-year-old actor is set to appear in many TV shows and films this year, his Netflix projects that are getting the most buzz are The Match, Seoul Vibe and High Five. Yoo will take on a lead role with Hollywood actor Lee Byung-hun in the upcoming South Korean biopic, The Match. Films Seoul Vibe and High Five, which will be released in the first half of 2022, also feature an amazing cast.
