This week, producer Andy Cohen announced the network’s The Real Housewives of Dubai, and while the cast has not yet been confirmed, a few names have started circulating on social media – with TV star and ultra-glam Dubai socialite Caroline Stanbury leading the pack.
Previously starring in Bravo TV’s other reality show Ladies of London, Stanbury has had an interesting journey so far. Here’s what you need to know about her.
She’s a member of London high society
Stanbury rose to fame after starring in Ladies of London, which topped the charts in the UK from 2014 to 2017. But even before finding fame in the reality soap opera, Stanbury was already mingling with Europe’s high society even as a kid, having been born into an upper-class family. Her father Anthony is a venture capitalist and her mother Elizabeth is a fashion entrepreneur.

But before her TV fame, Stanbury was a top personal stylist. Her vast network of celebrities and designers also allowed her to start her own business called Gift Library in 2008, a luxury gift shop. Unfortunately, she had to close down in 2015, which she discussed on the second season of Ladies of London.
