She’s a multimillion-dollar heiress, he’s the GVK scion whose dad is worth an estimated US$1 billion, according to The Indian Wire. Together, they have built one of the most luxurious homes in Hyderabad, a major centre for technology in India.

Pinky and GV Sanjay Reddy’s 0.8-hectare (two-acre) home is a mix of Indian art, modern furniture and bold colours that contrast in a magnificent manner, making it worthy of every “ooh” it gets from guests.

The couple’s luxury home is on one of the busiest streets on Banjara Hills in Hyderabad – an affluent neighbourhood beloved by local celebrities. It is spread over almost a (or two acres), according to Architectural Digest India, and has taken years to build and develop into their dream home.

According to Architectural Digest India, Sanjay wanted a home for his art collection, and developing their house into an art collector’s haven was a dream of his.

Sanjay’s love of art was extended to his business when the GVK conglomerate opened the T2 terminal at Mumbai Airport. According to The New York Times, Sanjay knew it would be a challenge to create an art museum in a place where people are always in transit, but he wanted to introduce India’s artistic heritage to Indians.
