He shed 100kg in 18 months, supports charities, helps out his mum, loves cricket and is extremely devout to his Hindu faith – what more can you ask for from a 25-year-old heir?

Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani, made international news when he lost more than 100 kilograms in just 18 months. Even so, there is much more to his life and daily routine than his successful, surgery-free weight loss plan. Here is a peek into the 25-year-old heir’s lifestyle and daily habits.

He has a beloved furry friend

A 2010 report from his parents’ school noted that Anant has an exotic pet collection, and he’s been seen posing on Instagram with his pet Alaskan malamute – which enjoys its own climate-controlled section of his home to ensure the beloved hound will feel comfortable in Mumbai’s hot, humid climate.

He enjoys driving luxury cars

Given the fact that the Ambani clan owns a huge luxury car collection, it’s not surprising that Anant has been spotted driving various enviable motors around town. Some of the vehicles he clearly enjoys taking for a spin are a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé, Mercedes AMG G63 UV, Range Rover Vogue and BMW i8.

He does philanthropic work with his mother

Anant has always been very close to his mum, and he frequently works with her charity, the Reliance Foundation, to meet the needs of the less fortunate. He recently made news by donating over US$260,000 to workers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
