International Design Furniture Fair Hong Kong to present the latest in design, furniture and lifestyle
Luxury design, furniture and lifestyle fairis set to launch in Hong Kong this summer
It's still two months away, but Hong Kong is set to stage the inaugural International Design Furniture Fair Hong Kong (IDFFHK), Asia's first luxury design, furniture and lifestyle fair, in August. More than 20 of the world's most prestigious brands will showcase their newest collections, including international heavyweights such as Poltrona Frau, Cassina, Baccarat, Lalique, Tuuci, BellaVista, FoxCat, renowned architect Zaha Hadid and Hong Kong's own Tang Tang Tang Tang.
It's been a long time coming for Hong Kong to host an event of this calibre, but with China and the rest of Asia becoming the global powerhouse for growth in the luxury sector, the timing could not have been better. The fair will display the ingenuity and creativity of who's who in design, pioneering the way that furniture, kitchen and home accessories are brought together, and inspiring an increasingly discerning public to make design a part of their lives.
