The House of Solid Gold always goes over the top, making its new gold bike a unique masterpiece. Known as the Beverly Hills Edition, the handcrafted, one-of-a-kind Extreme Mountain Bike requires more than 750 hours of craftsmanship to complete. An electroplating process coats the frame of the bike with pure 24ct gold. Embedded on the frame is the House of Solid Gold logo, encrusted with 600 black diamonds and 500 golden sapphires.

The seat of the world's most expensive bicycle is covered in the finest chocolate brown alligator skin. To quench your thirst, the bike comes with a water bottle covered in gold and accented with chocolate brown stingray.

The "fat-bike" design makes it suitable to handle all-terrain off-road adventures.

Only 13 gold extreme bikes will be available, and each one can be completely customised.

When you buy this amazing ride, 90 per cent or more of the proceeds from the sales of the gold bike go to The Way to Happiness Foundation International, a non-profit and non-religious charitable organisation advocating peace, non-violence and trust.
