While the highly anticipated launch of the Regent Hong Kong – a rebranding of the InterContinental – is imminent, the popular Chinese restaurant there is still going strong.

With its spectacular views of Victoria Harbour and a strong theme of jade in the decor, Yan Toh Heen gives diners the feeling they’re sitting in a jewellery box that opens to reveal the treasure within – the opulent cuisine served from the kitchens.

Yan Toh Heen specialises in refined Cantonese fare and signature menu items include golden stuffed crab shell with crabmeat, the classic casserole Buddha Jumps Over the Wall and braised fish maw with goose web in oyster jus.
