Sitting pretty some 102 floors above the city in the International Commercial Centre, Tin Lung Heen naturally has some of the best views of the skyline. And what’s served on the plates is just as stellar.

The barbecued Iberian pork with honey is legendary and has received many awards, while other outstanding dishes include pan-fried lobster served with XO chilli sauce and lobster soup, and steamed grouper fillet topped with bird’s nest and Jinhua ham.

The dim sum is also extremely popular and among the favourites are the steamed conch stuffed with chicken in crab roe sauce, and the baked barbecued pork bun with almond flake.
