Opened in 2018, Sushiyoshi Hong Kong is a branch of its two-Michelin-starred Osaka namesake, which opened 30 years ago. Chef-owner Hiroki Nakanoue is known for his innovative take on traditional Edomae-style sushi. He infuses Western and Asian influences into his dishes, like waffles with scallop tartare.
