A Canadian has invented a hoverboard THAT ACTUALLY FLIES 
You may feel you are watching a sci-fi movie, but this is for real!


 
Romania-born Canadian inventor Catalin Alexandru Duru has invented a hoverboard that can actually fly.  The Montreal-based innovator set a new Guinness World Record by travelling a distance of 275.9 metres  — five times the previous record — at a height of five metres above a lake in Canada this May. 
In this video, the 31-year-old took CBC's journalists to a Quebec lake and put a next-generation version of his hoverboard to the test for the first time. Was the test successful? Watch to find out.
Drone video captures cleanup operation at Tianjin blasts site 

Two blasts ripped through the industrial Binhai New Area in the port city of Tianjin, China, late on August 12, killing at least 158 people and sending shockwaves as far as 20 kilometres away. 
The dramatic drone video shows the extensive damage caused by the blasts, including a huge crater left at the explosion site and the burned or destroyed buildings surrounding the area. The video also captured the clean-up operation's progress.

Man carves pumpkin with a rifle 

Halloween is coming! Are you ready to carve your pumpkin into a Jack-o'-lantern? 
In this video, this man with his very own YouTube channel dedicated to firearms shows you an unusual way to carve a pumpkin with a Henry Rifle. "Again, it's my feeble attempt to educate the masses about how to properly and safely carve a pumpkin," he wrote in his video description.
In the past few years, he uses different "carving" guns, including a Colt 1911, an AK-47 and a Glock 23.
Hong Kong Chief Executive CY Leung faces radical lawmaker’s question about his lifespan

Hong Kong's Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying faced an unusual question during a Legislative Council Q&A session on Thursday, when radical pro-democracy lawmaker Wong Yuk-man asked him: “When will you die?".
To the visible surprise of many in the chamber, Legco president Jasper Tsang Yok-sing told Leung to answer the question about his lifespan.
Leung smiled and responded: “I hope Mr Wong is going to have a long life because grievances wouldn’t do him any good.”
