Boynextdoor, a new K-pop group by BTS’ management company Hybe, is set to debut with three lead singles on May 30. They will be the first boy group launched by KOZ Entertainment – Hybe’s sub-label established by rapper-producer Zico in 2019.

According to KOZ, Boynextdoor will be a group that sings about the day-to-day lives of their peers. There are six members: Sungho, Riwoo, Jaehyun, Taesan, Leehan and Woonhak. Details about each of them have been kept under wraps.

“The K-pop infrastructure built by Hybe has met the distinctive musical style of KOZ to create Boynextdoor,” KOZ explained in a statement.

The group unveiled a list of tracks to be included in their debut album, WHO! on Twitter on May 7: “But I Like You”, “One and Only” and “Serenade”.

Boynextdoor have decided to make all three into lead singles. Their music videos will be released on May 23, 26 and 30, but it is unknown which videos will be unveiled on which day.

Prominent producer Pop Time – who was behind the success of “Tomboy” (2022) by K-pop girl group (G)I-dle – took part in the creative process of the album, along with Zico and producer Kako. Members Jaehyun, Taesan and Woonhak are also credited.
Two weeks after their debut, Boynextdoor are expected to appear at the 2023 Weverse Con Festival at the KSPO Dome and the 88 Lawn Field in Olympic Park in Seoul. The event, which falls on June 10 and June 11, will also see many other K-pop stars including NewJeans, Le Sserafim and Hwang Min-hyun attend.
