1. Feel the Fun – Fitness, Wellness and Dogs Festival

Take your dog or play with one awaiting adoption at The Hive, in Sheung Wan, on Sunday, where there are lots of activities on offer.

For people, there will be animal flow sessions, high-intensity interval training sets, meditation sessions, trauma and tension release (TRE) exercises, and talks on mental health and self improvement.

A dog-friendly area will feature dog yoga sessions, obstacle course challenges and dog tarot-card reading.
