Laugh away your stress at a comedy competition. Join a qigong class for newbies at the Central Harbourfront.
Open up your hips at a class to mark a yoga studio’s anniversary. Watch an artist bind a subject with ropes ahead of a panel discussion on art and intimacy. Or fall in love with yourself again at an evening self-healing session.
There are many facets of wellness to explore in the city this coming week.
