The 90-minute session includes meditation to help develop concentration, stretching to lower stress and improve flexibility, and inversion, going upside down, to build confidence. Children aged five to 11 are welcome at The Yoga Room, 3/F, 104 Jervois Street, Sheung Wan.

The class is on Saturday from 2.30-4pm.

The cost is HK$500 per pair, HK$200 per extra child. Click here for details and to book.

Immerse yourself in the Olympic spirit at the Hong Kong Sports Institute’s booth. Have your photo taken holding words of encouragement to add to the “cheering wall” in support of Hong Kong athletes who will be participating in the Paris Olympic Games.
