To celebrate the end of September, we have hand-picked some new menus to try, and are flagging a “last chance to try” venue before it shuts up shop.

1. La Petite Maison

Having reopened with a fresh look earlier this month, La Petite Maison (LPM) continues to lean into its French Riviera theme with its La Vie En Rose brunch that is available every Sunday from noon to 2pm.

Starters are plentiful and include morning favourites such as eggs Benedict with crab Hollandaise, or Provencal-style fried eggs; fresh hors d’oeuvres such as wild sea bream ceviche with passion fruit dressing, and sweetcorn salad with pomegranate and herbs; and mains including roast beef, marinated baby chicken and more.

For drinks, there is “A Mocktail Life” or “A Champagne Life” packages to choose from, the latter including chilled rosé.
