5 must-have food and drink experiences in Hong Kong this weekend, September 6-8
From a non-alcoholic brunch to an afternoon tea featuring caviar and chocolate, five Hong Kong food and drink experiences not to be missed
Typhoon Yagi is bearing down on Hong Kong this week, bringing with it unstable weather, so you might want to postpone your alfresco meals, rooftop dinner parties and outdoor activities.
For those looking to wine and dine this weekend come rain or shine, here are some cosy indoor suggestions.
1. Cornerstone
Inspired by the flavours of a recent trip he took to Western Australia, chef Neal Ledesma is updating Cornerstone’s menu to include plenty of seafood items, with items like grilled Fremantle octopus and a pan-fried “Humpty Doo” barramundi sourced from an Australian sustainable farm.
Lamingtons – an Australian sponge cake coated in chocolate and rolled in coconut flakes – are also available, but with a twist of mango jam and pandan Chantilly cream.
