I would consider myself a thoughtful and sometimes picky food person. I am quite health-conscious and selective about what I eat, preferring quality over quantity. My diet leans more towards vegetarian and organic foods.
A favourite place of mine is Treehouse (Shop 1, G/F, The Steps, H Code, 45 Pottinger Street, Central. Tel: 3791 2277) for its delicious, health-conscious menu that aligns perfectly with my food preferences.
As for a more unique dining experience, I love visiting Man Mo Dim Sum & Wine (G/F, Hollywood Centre, 233 Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan). It offers an interesting fusion of Chinese and French culinary traditions. I am particularly fond of their truffle Brie (a French soft cow-milk cheese) dumplings and the sea bass dumpling.
Maxim’s Palace (2/F, City Hall, 5-7 Edinburgh Place, Central. Tel: 2521 1303) is also my go-to spot for some classic Cantonese dim sum. The flavours are delightful and they are served in just the right portions for sharing with family and friends.

For lunch, I would take visitors to Din Tai Fung (various locations including 68 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay. Tel: 3160 8998), a Taiwanese restaurant with exceptional dim sum. The spacious, efficient layout of the restaurant makes it easy to secure a table even during the busy lunch rush.
