Growing up in a Chinese family, my taste buds were trained to appreciate Asian cuisine. If there’s one thing I’m absolutely addicted to, it’s noodles!

There’s something irresistible about slurping up a delicious bowl of any kind of noodle, from Korean ramen to jazzed-up instant noodles.

In Hong Kong, I have a few favourites that always hit the spot. For an easy and satisfying lunch or dinner, TokyoLima (18-20 Lyndhurst Terrace, Central, tel: 2811 1152) is my go-to. It combines Japanese cuisine with innovative twists.

Their wide range of offerings makes it perfect for sharing with friends. One time, we celebrated a birthday there, and they surprised us with a cake. It made the whole experience extra enjoyable.
