As we enter the third year of the pandemic, the food and beverage industry continues to face difficult challenges. The reintroduction of a ban on dining in restaurants after 6pm during Hong Kong’s fifth wave of Covid-19 infections has been another setback for executive dining, but 100 Top Tables celebrates the fortitude and resilience of those in the industry.
