The BMW Buggy officially launches this month and becomes the latest addition in the Objects of Design collection, joining the likes of Philippe Starck, Burberry and Dylan's Candy Bar. Designed for babies from six months up, it includes a seat liner and wheels inspired by the carmaker, as well as classic Maclaren features such as a lightweight chassis and a seat that reclines in several positions. Little-known brand 4M specialises in craft and science toys, and this month's new arrivals include its Wooden Spoon Puppet set. Children are encouraged to use their imagination to create the puppet characters. The kit includes a cardboard theatre for performances. Australian brand Linen House is spreading the warmth and recently launched an online Hong Kong store for its bedding and bath accessories. Launched in Australia 20 years ago, the brand specialises in creative bedlinen for children and adults made with Egyptian cotton. Current collections include the Mexico-inspired Mexicali set guaranteed to cheer up a winter bedroom, as well as a set featuring a vintage-inspired print of butterflies, birds and old postcards.
