Darjeeling. For most of us, it's just a name - one of the many tea-producing regions of the world, albeit one that creates a higher-end variety that costs a little more in the supermarkets. Yet for those who truly savour the unique flavours produced by tea leaves, or have made premium tea an intricate part of their lives, it is much more than that: the "champagne of tea", as magazine proclaimed in 2008.
