 Ten-year-old singer Celine Tam’s heart-warming performance of My Heart Will Go On on US talent show America’s Got Talent was Hong Kong’s top-trending YouTube video of 2017, the streaming site announced yesterday.


The video, which was uploaded on June 16, has been viewed more than 42 million times worldwide. YouTube did not say how many views the videos on the list had received locally.

In second place was a video by local YouTube creator FHProductionHK, which gives men advice on what to do for women they have a crush on. The video, uploaded on April 23, has notched up just more than one million views globally.


And in third place was a video posted on January 3 by E Media Plus, the publisher of local weekly magazine E-Weekly. The video, which looks back on a 1988 performance by Canto-pop singer Eason Chan Yik-shun, has received more than 1.2 million views worldwide.
