Amid the continuing growth of knowledge and business process outsourcing (BPO) in the Philippines, one service provider is transforming the industry from being transactional into strategic and engaging – while helping clients maximise profits.
Assurant BPO Solutions is the first of its kind to offer the “subsidiary” model using customised services for build-operate-transfer, helping clients take root in the Philippines at a cost that is 25 to 30 per cent lower than a traditional outsourcing model.
“We help clients build a local subsidiary from the ground up, establishing a captive operation that we administer and run,” says president and CEO Ranjit David Ebenezer. “This provides maximum cost savings and complete control of the operation.”
