Do Hong Kong people really care about what CY said?

The topics in Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying's policy address that Hongkongers are most concerned about include housing, finance, education and poverty, a survey of social media showed.

The policy address and related topics were mentioned, in both English and Chinese, about 3,000 times on various social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Sina Weibo, a Chinese Twitter-style site, according to a 24-hour summary conducted by media research firm Meltwater Group.

You can check the infographics below for youself. Among all of the figures, there are at least two worth highlighting:

First, it is a bit of a surprise to see there are more posts with keyword "policy address" on Twitter than on Facebook, given the number of active Hong Kong users on the two platforms.  Twitter has only several thousand users in Hong Kong, compared with about four million on Facebook.

So the question is, do Hongkongers, at least those on Facebook, really care about the policy address?

Secondly, "What can be helped" was the next most popular term, according to a keyword search in traditional Chinese characters on all the social media platforms mentioned above.
