Sukhmani Khorana

Sukhmani Khorana is a Vice Chancellor's Senior Research Fellow at the Young and Resilient Research Centre at Western Sydney University. She is also affiliated with the Centre for Western Sydney. Sukhmani has published extensively on diversity in the media, empathy in relation to refugee stories, and the politics of food. She is the author of 'The Tastes and Politics of Inter-Cultural Food in Australia' (RLI).
