Hard-working actor Michael Tse isn't keen on long holidays - three months off is quite enough
Hard-working celebrities deserve a long, relaxing holiday now and then for keeping us so entertained. But television actor Michael Tse Tin-wah said he didn't like to be out of action for too long.
Tse and fellow actors Wayne Lai Yiu-cheung, Stephy Tang Lai-yan and Louisa So Yuk-wah were each awarded a 'Star of Quality Life Award' during a ceremony at the Island Shangri-La hotel, organised by Lisa Magazine, in recognition of their positive attitudes.
'I am not used to having very long holidays,' Tse said. If his remark was intended to offer an insight into his work ethic, however, we might need a bit more persuading. 'Ideally I'll work for nine months and have a holiday for three months.'
Asked who would win this year's TVB anniversary award, Lai praised Bosco Wong Chung-chak for his role as a villain in the television drama Lives of Omission. 'He did well in that drama. The role is special and he may stand out,' Lai said.
