A British supplier of baseball caps, trays and plastic jugs has sued three former employees for allegedly breaching their duties by taking kickbacks and failing to inspect goods, which caused them to lose clients such as Heineken. Promo International filed a writ in the Court of First Instance against merchandisers Chae Man-tock, Chow Shuk-mei and Yeung Hoi-fan. Promo claims they amended suppliers' invoices and siphoned off the extra cash to private bank accounts.
