We're always hearing allegations that everyone in Hong Kong works too long, too late and too frequently. So the British Council has come up with a novel solution - 'Work-Life Balance Month'.

Last month, staff from the international cultural relations organisation could choose to take an hour each week to indulge in such activities as massage, mind-reading and even beach-cleaning.
The council brought in external speakers to enlighten staff on something outside the Anglosphere to which they devote much of their lives.
However, for some staff, there just wasn't the time for time management.
'Yes, I must admit, my work-life balance is such that I didn't get to one!
