A judge threw out a claim by a former Physical gym member who had lower back pain that the gym discriminated against him by requiring him to place weights back on their rack. Raymond Chen claimed he could not replace them because he was disabled. But District Court Judge David Lok Kai-hong dismissed the case as 'misconceived and totally unnecessary'. He ordered Mr Chen to pay both his and the gym's costs. 'If someone ... had difficulty in placing equipment back on the rack, one would not have expected that he would use it,' the judge said.
