Paul Y Engineering, the 65.2 per cent-owned subsidiary of bulk cargo port and infrastructure group PYI Corp, is seeking a new boss to replace Billy Wong who leaves next month.

Following 16 years service at the company, Mr Wong said he would join one of the three biggest property developers in Hong Kong.
A temporary advisory committee, comprising chairman James Blake, deputy chairman Tom Lau and adviser Chan Fut-fan, will handle duties until the new managing director arrives.
Edgar Kwan, executive director of the building division of PYI, will be promoted to group chief operating officer with immediate effect.
