Strange style of stress relief

What does Sars stand for? According to the doughty Hong Kong Singers, currently rehearsing their production of South Pacific for its run at the Sheung Wan Civic Centre Theatre from June 12 to June 17, it is an acronym for Singing Always Relieves Stress. Judging, however, from the slightly rag-tag mix of costumes the amateur group cobbled together for their press photos (above), we reckon it could stand for Sartorial Anachronisms Reign Supreme.
