Contest | Join SCMP’s sports quiz to win flights to Tokyo: July 26, 2024

Attention sports enthusiasts! As the biggest sporting event of the year unfolds in Paris, get ready to showcase your knowledge on the history, athletes, records and moments of sporting glory in our weekly quiz.

Starting from today, until August 9, new subscribers* to the SCMP will be given a golden opportunity to win a range of premium prizes. Simply take part in any of our weekly quizzes to enter the competition. To kick off, this week the grand prize will be two return tickets to Tokyo courtesy of Greater Bay Airlines.

The first quiz will run from July 26 at 9am (HKT) until July 27, 9am (HKT), while the second round will follow a week later.

What are the prizes in Round 1?

How can I win?

• Complete any of the SCMP sports quizzes each Friday from 9am HKT within the 24-hour time frame

• Participants will be ranked based on the timestamp of completion

• The fastest subscriber to answer all the questions correctly will win the first-place prize, the second fastest the second-place prize, with the same logic applying thereafter for the fastest 100 participants

• Prize winners in Round 1 will not be eligible to win prizes in rounds 2 and 3
